How did you get into the IT industry?
Before starting my career in IT, I worked in the manufacturing field. While there, I had the opportunity to assist the network engineer—and I really enjoyed the work. When the factory eventually closed, I took it as a sign to pursue a full-time career in IT.
What skill do you bring to tech42 that makes the biggest impact?
I’m great at connecting with clients and making them feel comfortable. Whether we’re troubleshooting a complex issue or just having a casual chat, my communication style helps build trust and makes problem-solving much easier.
What do you believe are tech42’s core values?
To me, tech42 is all about teamwork, exceptional customer service, and delivering the best possible IT experience to our clients.
What’s one of your favorite projects you’ve worked on at tech42?
One of my favorite projects was working with the United Way. I had the chance to set up a SharePoint environment from the ground up and migrate all of their data. It was rewarding to see everything come together smoothly.
What do you enjoy most about working at tech42?
Definitely the people and the overall work environment. It’s a supportive and fun place to be.
What are some things you enjoy outside of work?
When I’m off the clock, you’ll usually find me fishing with my family, playing video games with friends, or watching football.
