Ashley Tomeo

How did you get into the IT industry?

I earned my bachelor’s degree in IT from Penn State Wilkes-Barre, but my passion for technology started long before that. Growing up, I was always drawn to tech, and thanks to some incredible mentors along the way, I found my path into the field and to where I am today.

What skill do you bring to tech42 that makes the biggest impact?

My people skills are definitely one of my biggest strengths. I genuinely enjoy helping others and seeing the relief and happiness when their issues are resolved. I especially like being onsite, meeting clients face-to-face, and leaving them with a smile.

What do you believe are tech42’s core values?

Customer service is at the heart of everything we do. We treat every client with equal care and always prioritize their needs. Our fast response times and quick resolutions speak to the commitment we have to our clients’ success.

What’s one of your favorite projects you’ve worked on at tech42?

I really enjoy onsite projects with Steve Tice. Whether we’re running network lines or setting up new equipment, we work efficiently and make sure the job gets done right. When we show up, clients know they’re in good hands.

What do you enjoy most about working at tech42?

The office environment is one of my favorite things. Everyone is kind, supportive, and always ready to lend a hand. We have a great mix of personalities, and together, we make a strong and balanced team.

What are some things you enjoy outside of work?

Outside of work, I love spending time with my dogs—whether it’s taking them on walks or car rides. I’m also a big fan of sports, both watching and playing in local rec leagues.
