Mark comes to us with a strong background in customer service management, giving him a unique perspective on handling the daily issues that our clients face. Mark comes with 24 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, holding many different positions from production to sales to the supply chain side, varying in different degrees of management. This exposure has not only given Mark a breadth of knowledge of service but has driven him to the forefront of understanding the perspectives of our clients.

Mark’s experiences have allowed him to establish and maintain relationships with those he has assisted. With the amount of work on the go, Mark has already hit the ground running and has already slotted into the tech42 LLC team really well. Mark is a welcoming addition to the tech42 LLC team as we continue to expand and innovate to ensure the very best standards of services are rolled out and delivered across every aspect of the business and provide our clients with the best opportunity to succeed in their industry.

Our team continues to grow, and we want to ensure we maintain a close-knit service team and ensure we offer clients the level of service they deserve. As part of our constant focus on expanding infrastructure, to scale properly, we’re thrilled to have yet another strong manager leading our team with excellence and extensive experience. With Mark as our new service manager, we anticipate that the chances of significant interruptions to our services or business will be greatly reduced.

The formalized policies, processes, and roles will all work together, providing strong communication to our clients and stakeholders throughout the changing processes. With operations performing more efficiently and employee productivity experiencing a major boost, we certainly expect to see an overall increase in client satisfaction.
